■商品の特徴
『ＡＥ８６トレノ用ドライカーボンリトラクタブルパネル』
カーボンクロス素材を積層し日本製の熱硬化性樹脂ＣＢＺ（エポキシと同等）を用いたインフュージョン成形にて製作した製品です。
表層を３Ｋ綾織りとすることで、弊社製ＡＣドライカーボンボンネットのカーボン繊維の向き方向を揃えました。
製品は受注生産となるため、在庫がない場合は３ヶ月～要します。
素材 （３Ｋ綾織り＋カーボンクロス積層）＋（高強度樹脂ＣＢＺ）
表面 高品質高耐候クリアゲルコート（使用時はウレタンクリア塗装を行ってください。）
成形法 インフュージョン（真空注入成形）＋オーブン熱硬化
用途 純正スチールパネルと交換タイプ
取付方法 ボルトオン
※３ｋ平織り等、他カーボンクロスは特注製作にて対応可能
【ＤＩＹ取付けランク】
Ｂランク：取付けはそれほど難しくないですが、ボンネットとのチリ（隙間）合わせが、少し難しく感じるかもしれません。
各取付け穴（タッピングビス留め）の位置を確認して頂き穴開け作業を行って下さい。
不安な方は専門のお店で取り付けされた方が良いでしょう。

■Product features
『AE86 Trueno dry carbon retractable panel 』
This product is made by laminating carbon cloth material and infusion molding using thermosetting resin CBZ (equivalent to epoxy) made in Japan.
By using a 3K twill weave on the surface layer, the directions of the carbon fibers of our AC dry carbon bonnet are aligned.
It will take 3 months or more if it is out of stock.
Material (3K twill weave + carbon cloth laminated) + (high-strength resin CBZ)
Surface: High quality, high weather resistant clear gel coat (please apply urethane clear coating when using)
Molding method Infusion (vacuum injection molding) + oven thermosetting
Application: Replacement type with genuine steel panel
Mounting method Bolt-on
※ Other carbon cloths such as 3k plain weave can be custom-made.

Rank B: Installation is not so difficult, but it may feel a little difficult to match the dust (gap) with the bonnet.
Check the position of each mounting hole (tapping screw fastening) and perform the hole drilling work.
Those who feel uneasy should install it at a specialized shop.
